Wolftuna Wellness Lounge is a recovery and wellness hub designed to enhance mental clarity, physical recovery, and human connection through infrared sauna, ice baths, and outdoor experiences – available for both members and non-members.

Not at all — we offer flexible pay-as-you-go sessions and memberships.

Yes — you can book a PAYG class or lounge session to get a feel before joining.

Contrast Therapy

  • * Both sauna and ice bath therapies offer a wide range of physical and mental benefits.

    * Saunas help to relax muscles, improve circulation, boost cardiovascular health, and promote detoxification through sweating.

    * Ice baths aid in reducing inflammation, accelerating muscle recovery, strengthening the immune system, and enhancing mental resilience.

    * When combined, these therapies (known as contrast therapy) can support overall wellbeing and recovery.

Our ice bath sits between 3°C & 8°C and is fully filtered and refreshed regularly.

Yes – contrast therapy is encouraged and a core part of our recovery experience.

Yes – when you book, you have exclusive access to the space. Perfect for individuals, small groups, or teams (max 4 people).

Swimwear, towel, sliders, and water. Essentials are available on-site if needed.

For optimal benefits and safety we recommend the following:
Sauna: 10-25 minutes per session
Ice bath: 2-5 minutes (especially for beginners)

Membership & Payments

  • * Wellness Lounge Membership – £30/month. Which includes the following – discounted session prices, priority bookings, early access to events, 12 running classes with lounge access and more.

    PAYG sessions & classes

    * You can book in on a pay-as-you-go basis for both sessions at the Wellness Lounge or our outdoor classes

Yes – we just need 7 days’ notice.

Bookings can be made through our website or via Calendly app.

Outdoor Classes

* Every Friday morning – sessions include warm-ups, relaxed social runs, and optional cold immersion at the Campsie Glen waterfall.


* The last Sunday of every month – these session will frequently change but will still be inclusive warm-ups, relaxed social runs, hikes, optional cold immersion and more.

Not at all – it’s more of a social connection than a tough workout. All levels welcome.

* PAYG sessions on Fridays will be £5
* ⁠Hot Tottie/Away days will vary in price
* ⁠You can also join our Monday evening and Wednesday morning run club for free

Running shoes, warm layers, swimwear & water shoes if you’re dipping, and most importantly – good vibes.

Physio & Specialist Services

Yes – our recovery room is used by Physifix, a well-established physiotherapy brand now operating from our space.

Bookings are made directly through Physifix. We’ll provide a direct link on our site.

Yes – we’re open to collaborations with wellness professionals. Drop us a message if you’re interested.

Yes – we offer private bookings for up to 4 people per session.
